【岗位描述】

　　Position title:Enforcement Engagement Specialist, WildlifeTrafficking Program, WCS China

　　Position ranking in WCS China:Program officer/manager (depending on candidate qualification)

　　Directly reports to: Wildlife Trade Program Manager, WCS China

　　Location:Guangzhou

　　Position Deion:

Engage and manage law enforcement network to support program achieve its objectives and goals.

Lead on the development and management of enforceable intelligence and department relations, informant relations and intelligence network in South China.

Promote wildlife conservation in China among different stakeholder networks, including national governments, provincial governments, research institutions, international agencies, and local non-governmental organizations.

　　Principle Responsibilities:

Lead the wildlife trafficking program to design and facilitate the south China law enforcement network to support program achieve its objectives and goals. Report directly to Wildlife Trade Program Manager of WCS China.

Lead on research into wildlife criminal networks in China.

Lead on the management of investigator/informant networks, assess the risk ofinvestigation.

Lead on the relationship management and coordinating law enforcement government network in Guangdong and Guangxi.

Lead on joint investigations between China and other regional programs.

Management of expert networks to support wildlife identification and wildlife crime prosecution.

Assist facilitating law enforcement agencies cooperation across countries on request.

Providing training to enforcement agencies based on the commitments made within grantsand on request from government partners
